MORGAN C. GILLIGAN, Vice President & Director of Business Development started with Residential Title in 2002. Prior to working with the company Morgan has held business development positions for MBNA and Brinker Capital. Morgan is a graduate from Mt. St. Mary's University where he majored in Political Science and minored in Business. Morgan is an active member of ICSC, NAIOP, MNCBIA, HBAM, and FCBA. Morgan holds his title and real-estate licenses and participates annually in various charitable events.
ROBYN P. PERLOW Robyn is an Account Executive within our marketing department. She is responsible for overseeing numerous builder, bank and realtor accounts. Robyn graduated from McDaniel College in 2000 with a double major in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Prior to working for Residential Title & Escrow she spent four years with The Fountainhead Title Group and one year with Worldwide Title Group. She is native to Baltimore and is serves on the events committee for The Home Builders Association of Maryland. In her time away from the office she enjoys reading, art history and traveling.
ANNE LOUISE PERLOW Anne Louise is Senior Executive Vice President and serves as the operations manager. Overseeing pre settlement, process sing, post settlement and post closing departments. She also serves on the human resources committee for the company. Anne Louis holds her title license within the state of Maryland. She is graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and has been actively working in the title industry for 18 years. Anne Louis is married and has four children. In her spare time she has a passion for photography.
HOWARD PERLOW, Executive Vice President, graduated from the University of Maryland , cum laude, with a B.S. in Accounting, and afterwards earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. As a realtor in general brokerage prior to joining Residential Title, Howard has accumulated over two decades of practical experience in real estate to add to his specialized knowledge.
DAVID E. MILLER, Attorney, graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a B.A. in Government & Politics. After completing his undergraduate studies, he received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. David has been admitted to the bar in both Maryland & Delaware and his admission is pending in West Virginia.
HEIDI MURPHY, Vice President, has been with Residential Title since 1992. With over twenty-five years in the industry, she brings a wide array of knowledge and experience to the settlement table. Concentrating on Carroll, Howard and Frederick counties, Heidi handles many of our builder & commercial clients.
BETH BOOK, Senior Commercial Processor Beth has been in the title business for twenty five years. She has extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential aspects of the business. Beth had also managed a title company for several years prior to Commercial Settlement Services. Today Beth is focused completely on commercial settlements and works directly with Howard Perlow. Beth is married and has a son.
